Our signature birthstone charm necklaces make a perfect gift for birthdays and other special occasions. Personalise the Sterling silver chain with natural gemstone charms and pretty Sterling silver charms or initial charms.
A ready-made Sterling silver chain is included in the price. The chain includes a 2" extension chain. Select the required size chain from the drop down menu below. Add natural birthstone and Sterling silver charms!
Charms can be added to/removed from the chain. Existing customers can purchase further charms as and when required!
Not suitable for unsupervised wear by children under 3 years old.
