Our signature birthstone charm necklaces make a perfect gift for special occasions. Personalise the Sterling silver chain with natural gemstone charms and pretty Sterling silver charms. The example on the left is shown with a pink opal, 'A' initial and a love birds charm.
A ready-made Sterling silver chain is included in the price. The chain includes a 2" extension chain. Select the required size chain from the drop down menu below. Add natural birthstone and Sterling silver charms! The pink opal and silver charms should be selected below.
Charms can be added to/removed from the chain. Existing customers can purchase further charms as and when required!
Not suitable for unsupervised wear by children under 3 years old.
