A beautiful, large Sterling silver heart pendant (3cm wide) is adorned with a genuine natural sapphire gemstone (size: approx. 3x5mm, teardrop cut, origin: Thailand). A Sterling silver trace chain is included in the price. The chain has a 2" extension chain with a matching sapphire charm on the end.
